Delivery methods:

 
For Cable/DSL, T1 T3 or higher we recommend selecting Direct Download. You will be sent an email with instructions to download your DVD.
 
For dial up we recommend selecting Mail Order as the file size is too large for download.

Check is your email address and password is correct.

Saving your download:

 
Make sure to select 'save as' when prompted, and save the file to your desktop (or to any other location on your hard drive that you can find again easily).

Check your PC is connected to the internet by searching other web pages.

 
The file is taking a long time to download:

 
The download will depend on your connection speed set-up with your internet service provider. If you find your connection is slow you can use 3rd party software that simply improves and optimises your downloads. You can download GetRight free trial from http://www.getright.com/trialpay.html. If you disconnect, restart or shutdown GetRight will continue the download from where you disconnected.
